5 Weeks to Hired GET HIRED Mentorship Program

1. Nature of 1x1 Mentorship

By purchasing a program that includes 1x1 mentorship, you gain access to unlimited one-on-one coaching sessions for personalized job search guidance. "Unlimited" does not mean unconditional. Continued access requires active engagement and demonstrated effort in your job search — 1x1 mentorship is a privileged service, not a guaranteed right, and you must meet the expectations below to maintain access.

Mentorship sessions exist to move your search forward: strategy, feedback on your materials, interview preparation, offer navigation, and accountability.

2. Participant Expectations & Eligibility

To continue receiving 1x1 mentorship, you must:

  • Follow provided guidance and complete assigned tasks (e.g., submitting video recordings of interview prep, revising your resume based on feedback, tracking networking outreach)
  • Make measurable progress between sessions instead of repeating the same discussions without action
  • Demonstrate engagement by actively applying the principles taught in the program

Examples of insufficient engagement include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling mock interviews without completing the assigned preparation work
  • Repeatedly attending sessions without implementing previously provided feedback
  • Booking consecutive sessions without demonstrable practice or improvement between meetings
  • Using session time to discuss the same topics repeatedly without acting on prior guidance
  • Failing to complete agreed-upon tasks or assignments between sessions

3. Suspension & Revocation of 1x1 Mentorship

We take decisions to revoke mentorship access seriously. For engagement- and progress-related concerns, you will typically receive written warnings and opportunities to improve before any suspension or cancellation occurs.

However, certain behaviors result in immediate termination of 1x1 mentorship without warning, refund, credit, or compensation:

  • Any form of discriminatory behavior or harassment (including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or religious discrimination)
  • Illegal activities
  • Threatening or abusive behavior toward our team or community members
  • Sharing or distributing program materials without authorization

For all other cases, failure to meet program requirements after written warnings may result in suspension or cancellation of 1x1 mentorship without refund, credit, or compensation.

  • Decisions regarding continued eligibility are made solely by Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC and are final, subject to the informal review in Section 5.
  • Losing access to 1x1 mentorship does not affect your access to other purchased materials (course lessons, templates, resources).
  • All warnings and decisions will be communicated in writing via email. You are responsible for keeping a current email address on file.

4. Reinstatement

1x1 mentorship may be reinstated if you demonstrate renewed commitment — for example, by completing outstanding assignments or meeting other program expectations. Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC and is not guaranteed.

5. Review of Decisions

You may request an informal review of any suspension or cancellation decision by writing to support@dynamiccorporateleader.com within 14 days of the decision. We'll respond within 10 business days with the outcome of the review.

6. Governing Terms

These Mentorship Terms are incorporated into, and governed alongside, the Dynamic Corporate Leader Terms of Use at https://www.dynamiccorporateleader.com/pages/terms — including their dispute resolution and arbitration provisions. By participating in 1x1 mentorship, you agree to both documents. These Mentorship Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Champaign County, Illinois, for any matter not subject to arbitration.
