The Promise
Follow my guidance, and if you don't land a job in 90 days, I'll refund your money.
That's the deal, and it's a real one. This page explains exactly how it works: what "following my guidance" means, what counts as landing a job, and how to claim your refund if the program doesn't deliver for you. Read it before you enroll — you'll agree to these terms at checkout.
Why There's Work Involved
The moment you join, you get everything: every lesson, every template, every strategy I use — my complete playbook. Because you receive all of that proprietary material up front, this program doesn't have a casual "changed my mind" refund. Instead, it has something better: a results guarantee. Do the work the program lays out, and if it doesn't get you hired, you get your money back — and we keep working with you anyway (see "If You're Refunded," below).
This guarantee rewards effort. It does not apply if you enroll and don't participate.
What "Following My Guidance" Means
To be eligible for the guarantee, you need to do the program as designed. Your guarantee clock starts on the date of your first 1x1 mentorship session — not your purchase date — so onboarding time doesn't eat into your 90 days. One condition: book that first session within 30 days of enrolling. If you haven't held your first session by day 30, the clock starts automatically on day 30.
From your clock start date:
- Complete the course. Finish all lessons in the 5 Weeks to Hired curriculum.
- Engage in your 1x1 mentorship. Attend your sessions and request feedback on your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile — then apply it.
- Apply consistently. Submit at least 5 job applications per week, logged in your Job Search Tracker, with no gap of 10 days or more in your search activity. Search activity is more than applications — documented interviews, interview prep for scheduled interviews, take-home assignments, and active networking all count. Deep in final rounds with two companies and not applying anywhere new? That's an active search; just log it.
- Network on every serious application. For each role you pursue, make at least 5 networking attempts (recruiter, hiring manager, or team member outreach) with at least 2 follow-ups each, documented in your tracker.
Your mentorship team is there to help you hit every one of these. If you're ever unsure whether you're on track, ask us — we'd rather help you qualify than argue about it later.
What Counts as "Hired"
"Hired" means accepting a full-time offer — W-2 or a contract role of 6 months or longer — in the target field you identify with your mentor at the start of the program. In-person, hybrid, and remote roles all count. Part-time roles count only if part-time was your stated target.
A few clarifications that protect everyone:
- How you found the job doesn't matter. The guarantee is about outcomes, not attribution. A role landed through an old contact, a cold application, or pure luck during your guarantee period all count as hired.
- A promotion counts. Accepting a promotion or new role at your current employer during the program is a successful outcome.
- Hired then laid off: the guarantee is satisfied at your first accepted offer. A later layoff doesn't revive it.
- Changing your target field: allowed with your mentor's sign-off, documented in writing. Your "hired" definition updates to the new field; your clock does not reset.
Job Offers — Talk to Us First
The guarantee exists for people who can't land an offer despite doing the work — not for people who turn offers down.
- Before declining any job offer, discuss it with your mentorship team. Some offers genuinely aren't right, and we'll tell you when that's the case. One documented, good-reason decline made after consulting with us won't affect your eligibility.
- Declining an offer without consulting us first ends your guarantee eligibility.
- Declining two or more offers ends your guarantee eligibility regardless of consultation.
Other Things That End Eligibility
- Voluntarily stopping your job search. The guarantee requires an active search — if you decide to stop looking, eligibility ends (see pauses below for hardship situations)
- Pivoting to self-employment, freelancing, or starting a business — the guarantee applies to seeking employment
- Restricting your search to remote-only roles, unless we've agreed to that in writing based on your situation
- Holding out for compensation significantly above market for your target role and experience, against your mentor's guidance
- Applying only to roles you're significantly underqualified for
- An unexplained gap of 10 days or more in search activity (remember: interviews, prep, and networking count as activity) without an approved pause
Special Situations
- Approved pauses: medical issues, family emergencies, and similar hardships happen. Tell us, we'll document it, and your clock freezes for the pause instead of your eligibility ending.
- Offer rescinded by the employer: if you accept an offer and the employer rescinds it through no fault of yours, you're not "hired" — your clock pauses for the gap and your eligibility continues.
- Work authorization changes: the guarantee requires legal authorization to work in your target market. If your status changes mid-search, tell us — documented authorization issues pause the clock rather than ending eligibility.
- Landed a job right after your refund? Congratulations — genuinely. Approved refunds are final and we don't claw them back.
How to Claim Your Refund
- Timing. You can request a refund starting 90 days after your clock start date (your first 1x1 session, per above) if you haven't been hired, and any request must be made within 365 days of your clock start.
- How. Email support@dynamiccorporateleader.com from your enrollment email with "Get Hired Guarantee" in the subject line.
- Evidence. Within 14 days of your request, send your Job Search Tracker (applications, networking, and interview log) and a summary of your mentorship engagement. We'll confirm receipt.
- Review. We review your materials against the requirements above and respond within 10 business days.
- Refund. If approved, we refund what you've actually paid to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Payment Plans & Financing
- Payment plans: approved refunds cover all installments you've actually paid, and any remaining scheduled payments are cancelled.
- Klarna / Afterpay: refunds are processed back through your financing provider; their timelines apply after we issue the refund.
If You're Refunded — We Don't Quit On You
Earning a refund under this guarantee also earns you continued support: ongoing 1x1 coaching (up to one 45-minute video session per week) with me or my team until you land your job, plus a fresh audit of your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile.
This continued coaching is our commitment, not a purchased service — it has no monetary value, is non-refundable, and continues as long as you keep actively working your search. If the effort stops, the coaching does too.
The Legal Details
- This guarantee applies only to the 5 Weeks to Hired GET HIRED Mentorship Program purchased directly from Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC. Other products have their own policies — see our Guarantees & Refunds page.
- This guarantee is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are resolved as set out in our Terms of Use, which are incorporated here, with venue in Champaign County, Illinois.
- We may update these terms prospectively. Changes will be posted here and emailed to active participants, and the version in effect on your purchase date governs your enrollment.
- Refund decisions follow the criteria on this page. If we make an error, tell us — we'll fix it.
