This page is the official summary of our guarantee and refund terms for every product. If any other page, ad, or email ever seems to say something different, the policies linked and stated here are the ones that govern.

Our Books — 365 Days, No Questions Asked
If you buy the 5 Weeks to Hired book or the Dynamic Corporate Leader Method book and it's not for you — for any reason, or no reason at all — email us within 365 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain, and you keep the book.
Approved book refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days.
Bought our books somewhere else? This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from us (our websites and checkouts). If you purchased through Amazon, Audible, or any other retailer, that retailer's own return policy applies — we're unable to refund purchases we didn't process.
Digital Add-Ons
Products like the Interview Prep Kit and Networking Masterclass are instant-access digital trainings. They're refundable two ways:
- Within 30 days of purchase, if the training isn't what you expected — just email us.
- Alongside a book refund, if you bought them in the same order as one of our books. Refund the book, and we'll include the add-ons from that order too.
Done-For-You Career Services
Services where our team performs work for you personally — including resume writing, LinkedIn rewrites, and resume strategy sessions — are non-refundable. When you purchase, we reserve capacity and begin preparing for your project, so all sales are final.

Consulting Sessions (brandondohman.com)
Consulting sessions booked at brandondohman.com — including the Second Opinion, the Working Session, and the Follow-Through — carry a simple satisfaction guarantee: if a session wasn't useful, tell us why within 14 days of the session and we'll refund it. We won't take your money if we can't help you.

Career Training Vault & Community
The Vault is a monthly subscription. There are no refunds on subscription payments, and you can cancel anytime — your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
If you joined at a promotional rate, that rate is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.
5 Weeks to Hired GET HIRED Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program is backed by our Get Hired Guarantee: follow my guidance, and if you don't land a job in 90 days, I'll refund your money.

Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
Talk to us before disputing a charge. Nearly every issue — a purchase made in error, a duplicate charge, a product that isn't what you expected — is fastest to resolve by emailing support@dynamiccorporateleader.com. Most refund-eligible requests are resolved within days.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first, on a purchase covered by the policies above, may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access to the product and any associated communities or bonuses
- Removal from current programs and ineligibility for future purchases, guarantees, and promotions
- Submission of purchase records, access logs, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor in response to the dispute
We also reserve the right to limit or decline refunds — including under our no-questions-asked book guarantee — where we see a pattern of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across products. These limits exist to protect honest customers; if you're acting in good faith, you'll never encounter them.
The Fine Print (Applies to Everything)
- How to request a refund: email support@dynamiccorporateleader.com from the email address on your purchase, with your order details.
- Direct purchases only: all guarantees on this page apply to purchases made directly from Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC. Purchases through third-party retailers (Amazon, Audible, app stores, etc.) are governed by that retailer's policies.
- Processing: approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days of approval.
- Payment plans and financing: if your purchase used a payment plan, Klarna, or Afterpay, approved refunds are processed through the same method and reflect amounts actually paid to date.
- One policy, everywhere: these terms, together with each product's full policy page, are the official refund terms of Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC and are incorporated into our Terms of Use.
