This Privacy Policy explains how Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC ("DCL," "we," "us") — 1 E Erie St, Suite 525-3010, Chicago, IL 60611 — collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites and services:

2. Information We Collect

You provide it:

  • Contact details — name, email, phone number (opt-in forms, checkout, booking, community signup)
  • Purchase details — what you bought, billing address, and payment method details. Card numbers are processed by our payment processors and never stored on our servers.
  • Program information — resumes, career goals, job search details, and other materials you share in coaching, mentorship, or community participation
  • Communications — emails, form submissions, session recordings where disclosed, and support requests

Collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, and session activity, collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5)

From third parties:

  • Advertising platforms and analytics providers may share campaign interaction data (for example, which ad brought you to us)

3. How We Use It

  • Deliver what you bought — course access, coaching, books, community
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds, and maintain purchase records (including guarantee eligibility documentation)
  • Send you content, offers, and program communications you've opted into — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
  • Measure and improve our marketing, websites, and products
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, respond to disputes, and meet legal obligations

4. Tools & Third Parties We Use

We share personal information with service providers that operate our business, in these categories:

  • Platform & hosting providers — course delivery, website hosting, funnels, and email infrastructure
  • Payment processors and financing providers — your payment data goes to them directly and is never stored on our servers
  • Scheduling tools — for booking sessions and calls
  • Analytics providers — site usage and session analytics that help us improve our websites and products
  • Advertising and attribution platforms — pixels and conversion tools that measure our marketing
  • Communications providers — email and SMS delivery

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising pixels and attribution tools may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws — you can opt out (Section 7).

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, respond to payment disputes (purchase and policy-acceptance records), or in connection with a business transfer.

Our sites honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required by law.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know/access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention needs, like purchase records)
  • Opt out of "sharing"/targeted advertising — email us with subject "Opt Out of Sharing," use the GPC signal, or use the cookie controls on our sites
  • Portability — receive a copy of information you provided
  • Non-discrimination — we won't penalize you for exercising these rights

To exercise any right: email support@dynamiccorporateleader.com with the subject "Privacy Request" from the email tied to your account. We'll verify your identity and respond within the time required by your state's law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where your state allows.

EU/UK visitors: we process your data based on contract (delivering purchases), consent (marketing), and legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention). You additionally have the rights to object, to restrict processing, and to withdraw consent, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our services are operated from the United States and your data is processed there.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed to deliver services and for legitimate business purposes: purchase and guarantee records for the life of applicable guarantee/dispute windows plus statutory limitation periods; marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion; community content until removed.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors — but no system is 100% secure. Use a strong password and tell us immediately about any suspected breach of your account.

10. Children

Our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 for targeted advertising). If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date and notify active customers by email for material changes.
