There's a reason your inbox stays quiet...

Every Week, Recruiters Search LinkedIn For Someone With Your Exact Skills. And Every Week, They Find Someone Else.

I'll personally rebuild your entire LinkedIn profile, top to bottom, so you're the one they find.

Something is happening right now that you'll never see.

A recruiter just opened LinkedIn. They typed in a job title, an industry, a handful of skills. Your skills. Your industry. The exact role you've been working toward for years.

LinkedIn returned a list of names.

Yours wasn't on it.

No rejection email. No notification. No one called to tell you. It just happened, quietly, the same way it happened yesterday and the day before that.

And here's the part that should bother you.

It's not because you're not qualified. It's not because someone out there is better than you. It's because your LinkedIn profile, the one page that's supposed to represent everything you've built in your career, isn't saying it right.

So recruiters scroll right past you. Or worse, they never see you at all.

That's the silence you've been sitting in. And if no one has told you this before, let me be the first.

It's not a you problem. It's a profile problem.

Hi, I'm Brandon. I've spent almost twenty years on both sides of the hiring table. I've hired people. I've been laid off myself and had to claw my way back. And I've helped people land roles at places like Amazon, Adobe, Uber, and Takeda.

So I know exactly what happens when a recruiter searches LinkedIn. I know what makes them stop on a name. And I know what makes them keep scrolling.

Over and over, I see the same thing.

Smart, qualified people with a LinkedIn profile that's quietly working against them.

They've tried to fix it themselves. They've read the articles. They've watched the YouTube videos. They've taken the advice of some guru who told them to add a few buzzwords and update their headline.

And nothing changed.

The inbox stayed quiet.

Here's why.

A recruiter doesn't read your LinkedIn the way you wrote it.

They scan it. Fast. And they're looking for very specific things, in a very specific order.

First, your headline.

This is the single most important line on your entire profile. It's the first thing a recruiter sees in search results. Before they even click on your name, they read this line and decide if you're worth a closer look.

If your headline just says your job title and company name, you've already lost them. That tells a recruiter nothing they couldn't find on a hundred other profiles.

Second, your About section.

A recruiter gives this maybe two lines of attention. Two lines. If the first thing they read is a generic summary about being a results-driven professional, they stop. They've read that sentence a thousand times. It tells them nothing about you.

Third, your experience.

They're not reading your job history like a story. They're scanning for proof. Can this person do the thing I'm hiring for? If your experience reads like a list of duties instead of a list of outcomes, you just answered that question with a no.

Fourth, and this is the one almost nobody thinks about: keywords.

LinkedIn is a search engine. Recruiters find candidates by typing words into a search bar. If your profile doesn't contain the words they're typing, you don't show up. Period. You're invisible to them. Not because you're not qualified, but because you're not speaking their language.

Most profiles fail at least one of these. A lot of them fail all four.

And that's before we even get to the part where a recruiter compares your LinkedIn to your resume. If those two don't match, if the story your resume tells is different from the story your profile tells, that's a red flag. And recruiters notice it faster than you think.

Let me tell you about one of my clients.

He's a senior AI and product executive. Great track record at some of the biggest tech companies in the world.

But his LinkedIn didn't speak to his success. The profile read like a list of jobs, not like the leader he actually is. Recruiters weren't finding him. And when they did land on his page, nothing about it made them want to reach out.

So we sat down and redid it. I reframed his experience. I rewrote the profile the way a recruiter reads it.

The calls started almost right away.

Not junk. Real recruiters, with real roles he actually wanted.

Here's what he told me:

"After Brandon helped me reframe my experience and overhaul my LinkedIn, executive-level opportunities started hitting my inbox within days. In just a couple of weeks I was interviewing for Global Head of AI Engineering roles. I didn't even apply to these roles. Recruiters found me."

Read that last line again.

He didn't apply. They found him.

That's what your LinkedIn profile is supposed to do. It's supposed to work while you sleep.

So here's what I'm offering you.

I call it the LinkedIn Audit. But that name sells it short, so let me tell you what it really is.

This isn't a quick tips-and-tricks review. This isn't a checklist I hand you and wish you luck. I go through your entire profile, top to bottom, the exact way a recruiter does. Then I rewrite it for you.

Not a to-do list for you to go figure out. I write it. Here's exactly what you get:

Step one. The full audit.

I read your profile the way a recruiter and a hiring manager read it. Line by line. I tell you, plainly, where you're losing them. I don't soften it. If something on your profile is quietly killing your chances, you're going to hear about it.

Step two. I rewrite your headline.

The headline is the first thing anyone sees, and it's the first thing LinkedIn search reads. I write you one that makes the right people stop and click, and that helps you show up in the searches that actually matter to your career.

Step three. I write your About section.

This is the part most people leave blank or fill with things that say nothing. I write it for you. So that in the first two lines, a recruiter thinks, this is someone I need to talk to.

Step four. I reframe your experience.

Your roles, rewritten. Not a list of duties. Proof that you can do what they're hiring for. Same career, told the way it should've been told all along.

Step five. The keywords that make you findable.

Recruiters find people by searching. If your profile doesn't use the words they search for, you don't exist to them. I fix that. I make sure you show up when they type in the role you want.

By the time we're done, you've got a profile that does the work for you. One that shows up in the search, and then makes them want to reach out once they click.

Now, a fair question. Why not just use the free advice?

LinkedIn tips are everywhere. So why pay someone to do this?

I'll be honest with you... You've probably already tried the free advice.

You've read the articles. You've watched the videos. You've tweaked your headline three or four times based on what some guru said. Maybe you even paid for LinkedIn Premium hoping that would be the thing that finally moved the needle.

And here you are. Still reading this. Still wondering why your inbox stays quiet.

Think about it this way. Free advice like this is like a friend asking me to bake them a birthday cake. I know my way around the kitchen, but baking isn't my skill. Steaks, stir fry, BBQ, that's me. Even though I've got lots of experience cooking, that cake isn't going to turn out great.

Same goes for you. You're great at what you do. But handing you free LinkedIn advice and expecting results is like handing me a bag of flour and expecting a three-layer cake. It's just not your craft. It's mine.

Nobody sat down, read YOUR page, and told you the truth about what's wrong with it.

That's the difference. This isn't a template. This isn't a course with seventeen modules you'll never finish. This is me, one person, reading your actual profile and rewriting it by hand.

And here's the other thing my clients tell me. It's not just that I fix the words. It's the way I reframe the whole thing.

"You're not hesitant to say it bluntly, even if it's uncomfortable. But the biggest thing I like was the framing difference you suggested. Unbelievable. That is a big shift."

That shift is the whole point. Same experience. New frame. Suddenly the right people see it.

The price.

The LinkedIn Audit is $379.

One time. No subscription. No recurring charges. You send me your profile, I do the work, you get a page that recruiters can finally find and want to act on.

That's it. No fine print, no upsell on this page.

And after I send it over, I'll be around on email to help answer any questions and make sure you get everything set up.

What exactly do I get?

A full read of your profile the way a recruiter reads it, and then the rewrite itself. Your headline, your About section, and your experience, written by me. Plus the keyword work that makes you show up in recruiter searches. You don't get a to-do list. You get the finished words.

How is this different from all the free LinkedIn advice out there?

Free advice is general. It wasn't written about your profile, and it doesn't do the work for you. This is me reading your actual page, telling you the truth about it, and then writing it for you. One is a lecture. This is the work, done. No more trying to decipher the free advice and figure out if it applies to what you've got in your profile.

Will recruiters really find me after this?

Let me be straight with you. I can't promise that a specific recruiter will message you on a specific day. Nobody can, and you shouldn't trust anyone who does.

Here's what I can tell you. Recruiters find people by searching LinkedIn. If your profile doesn't use the right words, you never show up in that search. You never had a chance. And when a recruiter does land on your page, a weak profile loses them in seconds.

I fix both of those things. I make sure you show up, and I make sure that when they land, your profile reads like someone they need to talk to. What the market does next is up to the market. But you can't win a search you never show up in.

How long does it take?

You send me your profile and I get to work. You'll have your rewrite back fast, ready to implement. I usually get this done in 3-5 business days. Sometimes faster.

Do you do resumes too?

Yes. If you want your resume and your LinkedIn done together, that's my Resume Revamp package, and it's the better deal if you need both. Ask me and I'll point you to it. This page is for the LinkedIn piece on its own.

Here's the truth.

You can keep tweaking your profile yourself. You can read one more article, try one more tip, hope this is the week it clicks.

Or you can hand it to someone who's sat in the hiring seat and knows exactly what a recruiter is looking for, and get it done right.

Your next role may be one recruiter search away. The only question is whether you show up in it.

Let's make sure you do.

Yes! I want you to rewrite my LinkedIn.

To your success,
Brandon Dohman
YOUR career coach and author of 5 Weeks to Hired

P.S. For $379, one time, I personally rewrite the page that recruiters check before they ever reach out to you. Your headline, your About, your experience, and the keywords that make you findable. It's one of the smallest, smartest moves you can make in your search.

I'm Ready for Recruiters to find me!

P.P.S. It's easy to tell yourself you'll get to it later. But later has a price tag. If the role you want pays $65,000, every week your search runs long costs you $1,250. At that salary, the audit pays for itself before your first Wednesday on the job.

I'm done waiting. Please rewrite my LinkedIn.
