Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") is committed to delivering a superior learning experience through our 5 Weeks To Hired program. Designed to enhance your job acquisition skills, this program comes with our Get Hired Guarantee, affirming our belief in its effectiveness and your success. This guarantee is specific to the 5 Weeks To Hired program and does not apply to any other programs, trainings, or materials offered by us.

Proprietary Content Acknowledgement

By enrolling in the 5 Weeks To Hired program, you acknowledge that the course content includes proprietary information and methodologies unique to Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC. Given the immediate access to this proprietary content upon enrollment, we do not offer short-term refunds. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property and recognizes the value and potential impact of the knowledge and skills imparted through our program.

Eligibility Criteria for the Get Hired Guarantee

To be eligible for the Get Hired Guarantee, participants ("you") must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of Program: Finish all 5 Weeks To Hired online course lessons within 365 days from your sign-up date.
  • Active Participation: Demonstrate active engagement in 1x1 mentorship, seeking feedback on your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile, which shows your dedication and application of the course's principles.
  • Active Networking: Demonstrated networking and engagement in each job you apply for. This means at least (but not limited to) 5 networking attempts, following program guidelines per role applied. Tracking of this should be completed in the job/networking tracker provided.
  • Workbook Completion: All program workbooks must be fully completed, evidencing your effort to implement the course teachings.
  • Job Acquisition Failure: The Get Hired Guarantee applies if you haven't secured a new job within 365 days after your enrollment.
  • In-person or Remote Positions: The Get Hired Guarantee applies for both in-person and remote roles.

Clarification on Refund Eligibility

Our commitment extends beyond course completion; we aim to see you succeed in securing employment. Eligibility for a refund under the Get Hired Guarantee not only requires completing the course, active participation, and workbook completion but also demonstrates that despite a genuine effort in applying to jobs and engaging in networking, you were unable to secure full-time employment in your field within 365 days post-enrollment. This approach ensures that our guarantee supports those who actively engage with and apply the principles taught in the 5 Weeks To Hired program.

Refund Request Process

To claim a refund under the Get Hired Guarantee, follow these steps:

  1. Timing of Refund Requests: Participants are not eligible to request a refund under the Get Hired Guarantee sooner than 90 days following enrollment. This period allows participants to engage meaningfully with the program's content and apply the strategies taught.
  2. Submit a Refund Request: Email us at [email protected] within 365 days of your enrollment, indicating your wish to utilize the Get Hired Guarantee.
  3. Provide Required Evidence: After submitting a refund request, you must provide all relevant evidence of your course completion, active participation, workbook completion, and job application efforts within 72 hours. This includes completed lessons, participation records, completed workbooks, and job application documentation, which are essential for verifying your program engagement and job search efforts.

Failure to submit the necessary documentation within this timeframe will lead to forfeiture of the Get Hired Guarantee.

Evaluation of Evidence

To ensure fairness and transparency in the evaluation of your submitted evidence, we follow a standardized review process. This process includes checking for the completion of all course materials, active engagement within our private group as outlined, thorough workbook submissions, and a genuine effort in job application and networking activities. Our team assesses each submission against a set of predefined criteria, ensuring that all participants are evaluated equitably. If there are any uncertainties or additional information is needed, we may reach out to you directly to clarify or request further documentation.

Refund Issuance

Upon satisfactory evidence review, we will issue a refund of the course fee to your original payment method within 7 days.

1x1 Coaching (a.k.a. 1x1 mentorship)

Beyond the refund, you'll have the chance to receive one-on-one coaching until job acquisition, offering personalized support and strategies to improve your job search. In the 1x1 coaching, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Video meeting with Brandon or a member of his team up to 1x per week for 45 minutes.Ā 
  • Receive 2 audits (to be submitted by email) with feedback (written, oral, or video) for improvement on your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile.

To be eligible to continue, you must continue to put in good faith effort towards your transition. If at any time Brandon or his team members feel that you have stopped putting in effort, we will cancel the 1x1 coaching. Effort includes job applications, networking (either in person or virtual), and continuing to follow course advice such as resume modification for each job application. At any point, participants should be willing to share inputs and outputs of the previously mentioned events.

The 1x1 coaching has no monetary value and is not subject to any further refunds. This is meant to be an additional support service provided to ensure participants’ success.

Legal and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under the Get Hired Guarantee will be governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, and resolved exclusively in the courts of Champaign County. We recognize that our participants come from across the globe, and we're committed to ensuring that everyone clearly understands their rights and responsibilities under this agreement. For our international participants, please be aware that by enrolling in the 5 Weeks To Hired program, you agree to the jurisdiction of Illinois, USA. However, we encourage using mediation or other alternative dispute resolution before resorting to litigation, aiming to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.

1x1 Mentorship Services
If you purchase or participate in our 1x1 mentorship services, you are also subject to our Additional Terms of Service for 1x1 Mentorship ("Mentorship Terms"), which can be found at https://www.dynamiccorporateleader.com/1x1-mentorship-tos. These Mentorship Terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Mentorship Terms, the Mentorship Terms shall govern with respect to the 1x1 mentorship services.

Modification of Guarantee Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Get Hired Guarantee at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to our current participants through email and will also be posted prominently on our website. We understand the importance of keeping you informed and will ensure you have all the necessary information to continue participating in the program under the most current terms.
