CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By clicking the "I Agree" button, you, the participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms as part of your participation in the "5 Weeks to Hired" program ("Program") offered by Dynamic Corporate Leader, LLC ("Company").

1. Purpose

This Agreement aims to protect the confidentiality of information exchanged during your participation in the Program, including coaching calls, emails, and other communications.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes all proprietary data, personal information, business strategies, company data, role descriptions, location details, and any other information not publicly available, shared during the Program.

3. Use of Confidential Information

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all shared information.
  • Not disclose Confidential Information to third parties without the Company's written consent.
  • Use Confidential Information solely for Program participation.

The Company commits to:

  • Anonymize or remove identifiable details before using any shared situations for creating new lessons or trainings.
  • Keep all communications confidential.

4. Marketing Clause

The Company may use screenshots or snippets of communications for marketing, ensuring no Confidential Information is disclosed.

5. Recording of Calls

Calls may be recorded with your consent. If you prefer not to be recorded, notify the coach prior to the call.

6. Duration of Confidentiality

Your confidentiality obligations are indefinite, extending beyond Program participation.

7. Recourse for Breach by the Company

If the Company breaches confidentiality:

  • You must notify the Company, allowing for breach investigation and remedy.
  • You may seek damages or injunctive relief for any harm caused by the breach.
  • The Company will cover your legal fees if you prevail in enforcing this Agreement.

8. Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate

Disputes under this Agreement will first seek resolution through binding arbitration in Illinois, following the American Arbitration Association's rules.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding regarding confidentiality and supersedes prior agreements.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Illinois law, regardless of conflict of laws principles.
