Here's the Deal:

• Our Secret Sauce: Right when you join, you'll dive into our unique strategies and tips (that's our proprietary info). Because of this, we don't do quick refunds—once you're in, you're getting all our secrets upfront.
  
  
• What You Need to Do:
• Finish the Course: Take all the lessons within a year of starting.
• Engage in our 1x1 Coaching: Complete at least 1 1x1 coaching session per week.
• Join the Community: Actively participate in our private group, share your progress, and get feedback.
• Complete Your Workbooks: Show us you're applying what you learn by filling out your workbooks thoroughly.
• If You Don't Land a Job: If you've done all this and still haven't found a job within 90 days, our guarantee comes into play. You have 365 days from enrollment to exercise your refund rights. 
• In-person or Remote Positions: The Get Hired Guarantee applies for both in-person and remote roles.
• Asking for a Refund:
• Wait a Bit: You can't ask for a refund before 90 days have passed—this gives you time to really engage with the program.
• How to Ask: If it's been 90 days and you're eligible, just email us. You've got 365 days from when you started to make this request.
• Show Us Your Effort: You'll need to send us proof of your coursework, participation, and job search effort within 72 hours of your request.
  
  
• If You've Put In The Work: We check your stuff, and if everything looks good, we'll refund your course fee to your original payment method in about a week.

Extra Support with 1x1 Coaching:

If you're eligible for a refund, you also get the chance for one-on-one coaching to further help your job hunt. This includes video chats and feedback on your resume and cover letters. Just keep showing us you're trying, and we're here to support you.

The Fine Print:

• Disputes: If there's an issue, we'll sort it out under Illinois law, right here in Champaign County. For our friends outside the USA, this means you're agreeing to this setup by joining the program. We're big fans of talking things out (like mediation) before heading to court.
• Changes to the Terms: We might tweak these terms now and then. If we do, we'll let you know via email and on our site. By joining, you're okay with this, including saying no to class-action suits.
